Course session 1.1 covers:

• Finding out what you think are the essential attributes of a key person

This session is aimed at getting you to reflect and discuss what you personally feel are the most important skills and attitudes that a key person should have. This is the starting point, establishing where you are, in your understanding of this role.

• What do you think are the essential qualities of a key person?

Discuss with the person next to you if you can. List at least 10 qualities. Try and identify the 3 qualities on your list that you think are the most important.
